Our Story…

Bresca is the new concept created by Paolo Maglia, founder of Papizza, a restaurant chain in Spain, leader in take away pizza slices and other Italian products with more than 60 outlets throughout the country.

Bresca is the result of his search for a new and innovative concept, offering a gastronomic experience never seen before in Spain.

Bresca was born from the fusion of traditional Bolognese tavern and the Spanish way of enjoying and sharing good food.

The new "normal"

The pandemic caused by COVID – 19, the lock down and the new requirements in terms of "social distancing" and hygiene have been the bases inspired to expand the concept of Bresca. We have therefore focused on the delivery service, adding 3 high quality "dark kitchens”, which all share the same raw materials, machinery and operations as Bresca. These changes have enabled Bresca to reinvent itself and at the same time maintain their high standards.
